That is what Reid SAYS. and we know what Reid SAYS is not always correct either through ignorance or malfeasance. But in this case, shareholders actually have other authorities than Reid to consult with. Those authorities are the various patent offices in the US and abroad. All of which show that KMAG has NEVER been assigned any patents. They have been and are assigned to KMA Global Canada and 1175634 Ontario Limited, Canada....BOTH ARE OWNED BY REID AND NOT THE SHAREHOLDERS OF KMAG. Ried created many companies of similar sounding names at the same address and he conveniently makes "mistaken" references when it suits him. Amazing Reid doesn't even know which companies he created owns what.
Reid lies on a daily basis, but specially when he wants the shareholders to part with their money. The "KMAG has many Patents" claim of Reid is a lie that many shareholders perpetuate through ignorance and false trust.
