The Eagle Ford location was selling oil they processed out of the waste water they dispose of. The problem is twofold - the price of oil went down dramatically and the oil operators starting recovering more of the oil from the waste water - so that method of revenue wasn't breaking even and they had to switch to a flat price per gallon method of charging customers.

Bob sold his company (to us) and got a payout for his preferred shares...he doesn't give a sh*t about us, he's good to go.
