Here is an RD post that I kept from last year. I like the numbers but sadly the company will not come close to posting these kind of figures for 2014. Although the per head revenue is probably pretty close. _________________________________________________________________ RD, your estimates for 2014 look interesting. I was wondering how you arrived at 200M revenue for SJAP. If you have time can you breakdown SJAP's revenue a little further as I think many in this room, myself included, would find it extremely valuable.
Thanks

As primary producer, SJAP’s revenue generated from one head of cattle = RMB 29,940 = $4,800. As a value added processor, SJAP’s added revenue generated from one head of cattle = RMB 51,507 = $8,200. Total Revenue generated from one head of cattle = RMB 81,347 = $13,000.
They hope to process 20,000 head of cattle - 6,000 internally = $78M (6,000 x 13,000) - 6,000 from contracted farmers = $78M (6,000 x 13,000) - 8,000 external = $66M (8,000 x 8,200)
They also sell some $20M worth of fertilizer and stockfeed to 3rd parties.
Add 75,000 sheep. Or maybe $1,000 a piece so that's $75M.
Total = $317M. But that's the best case scenario so one should apply a discount.
