cynic, i am willing to talk to you offline. It's too bad that we aren't deciding the outcome amongst each other, it's not up to us in the end. Still, you fail to acknowledge some basic facts. The basic fact that you fail to acknowledge is that Northwest could attain said 59% ownership by moving into existing shares. There is literally no reason to issue new shares. It can be divided . Shares for float can be issued if necessary and all percentages of ownership can be stringently held without share issuance. My only point is that share issuance is not necessary and not preferable.
