You will be surprised on how small the float will be one way or the other. The 59% are rule 144 restricted. I think the restriction on the 180m will live on for a little while longer. The 20m for incentive plans are as well.

Even in the "PROPOSED" structure of 570m shares, the float appears to be 34m or 5.9%.
