#25913 RE: Welcome2Pinkyland #25912

The last 10K filed by STOA revealed that Soconison Ventures was the holding company and controlling interest of STOA; owning 250,000 shares or 50.8% of the O/S. Since then 250,000 shares is equal to .24% of the O/S (ie 250,000 divided by 104,000,000).

Keeping in mind that there has been a huge increase to the O/S and at times very little trading volume, it is likely that Soconison is no longer the controlling share holder of STOA, but in fact, common share holders now control the company.

Sporadic large trading volume, with small spikes in STOA share value, a lack of trading volume following and a drop of SP and then again a recurrence of accumulation, is a pattern indicative of what I said. It is my opinion, that accumulation is occurring in a controlled manner, so as to keep accumulation at as low a cost as possible.

Someone (or a group) would have to accumulate about 53 million shares to establish a controlling interest in STOA, at the current O/S figure. To accomplish that without seeing a skyrocketing per share cost would necessitate a slow and controlled accumulation. That is best accomplished by buying shares from those that become impatient and sell at minimal prices.

Again, some points to ponder here.
