it goes without saying. this is a reverse merger. ok, so NW might not be acquiring 100% of the NDOL shares, but they totally control the company now. All decisions are now Northwest decisions, not Monimpex and not the 180 mil share holder. Northwest controls our destiny 100%, even if they only own 59% of the shares.
