Well basically SLTD is the same as CMBG.

SLTD used to be Machine Talker, Machine Talker did a reverse split and reversed merger to become Solar 3d.

In both cases the reverse merger happen before the reverse splits.

Take my word for it. It doesn't hardly ever happen. I found one a while back and didn't post it. Some pharmaceutical company that got on a fast track. Up listed by a R/S I forgot where I saw it. Maybe on nasdaq website? ?
