I just re-checked that Nasdaq.com listing of ownership--
OMG, Sarissa only owned 1,030,000 shares as of Dec. 31 so they've increased exactly NINE-FOLD thus far in 2015!

I'll repeat my post of ten minutes ago here for the full effect:

New beneficial ownership statement shows Sarissa now owns
9,271,757 shares
17.64% of shares.

Here's the link to prove it. Looks like Sarissa is in the driver's seat and not just a passenger with deep pockets. I guess the stagecoach is about to leave the station. Everyone hold on. At least it explains the after-hours trades. I wonder if we'll have a nice gap open tomorrow?
