Of course they do. Not saying they will do it but that is what makes the hue and cry from current investors so intriguing. The Standard General deal is not done until a court says it is. If Amazon wants to step in with a better offer they still can.
Probably take it private and use Area 51 as the drone repair facility for the Dept. of Homeland Security, unless the Republicans shut it down. Then its all over.
