OF COURSE The SEC called us; "RCCH" RCCH INC with our Cusip# so it MUST BE FACT!

OF COURSE all the websites connected to "real" business like RCCH INC, and others.. are our RCCH

OF COURSE the RCC HOLDINGS CORP we see are all "mistakes"?

OF COURSE I have seen about 6-7 different companies that say RCC Holdings Corp

and

OF COURSE These Can’t all be "mistakes"

OF COURSE RCCH INC and RCC Consultants and lots of other RCC's are OUR RCCH!

OF COURSE We never see any RCCH INC's have any "mistakes" calling them RCCH CORP

and

OF COURSE The RCCH Corp and RCCH INC is such a common mistake… Because it’s happened …How Many times now

OF COURSE RCCH is connected to Billion dollar companies, I am sure of it

My DD/response: According to DDAD you really mean RCC Holdings Inc when you say RCCH INC. OK thus we can take literal RCCH INC off the table.
When used by Rhinegold he means RCC Holdings Inc.

SEC never say CUSIP is for RCC Holdings INC. They in same doc only call
us RCC Holdings INC. And elsewhere reference RCC Holdings Corp cusip.
Not clear why they are using RCC Holdings INC. But they do it. That Rhineg I agree is fact. It is up to us to speculate what it means.
But based on the following it does not mean CUSIP 749318101 applies directly to RCC Holdings Inc.

CUSIP 749318101 only applies to RCC Holdings Corp. NOT INC or BOTH

I asked the source CUSIP.COM - They assign CUSIP to a Company name.
NOT SEC and not DTCC

I asked them the following:
On net I find one CUSIP 749318101 associated with both of the company names. (RCC HOLDINGS CORP and Inc

Is that legit or is there a mistake and officially only belongs to one of them?

A CUSIP is the identifier for one company. The CUSIP provided represents RCC Holdings Corp in our system.

If some DTC Lock list or SEC says RCC Holdings INC is CUSIP 749318101 that according to CUSIP.COM would be an error. CUSIP only applies to one company.


On this post Only addressing the one
FACT that the cuspip 749318101 is for RCC Holdings Corp ONLY. Anything
showing cusip with INC in the company name is a simple error.
This should end that specific debate.

Not going into the further debate that there is a
RCC Holdings INC owned by RCC Holdings CORP. via this post. It gets to confusing and the DD is not near as clear. We have no official source to prove our opinions on that discussion. But the cusip FACTs are now official.
