I'm curious as to why you think every single analyst (and i mean every single one) that has covered aal has it much much higher than it is now. If it's purely based on fundamentals, then why is the coverage by those that focus on fundamentals so positive?
It's very possible that wall street investors are just wary of airlines, which is possible. There is a stigma with them. But the price does not reflect the fundamentals or even close to it... I don't see how you can disagree with that.
You were supposed to have been taken out by my hit squad! Darn it! I don't think this is being manipulated per say but I do think that it's fishy to see how this traded down when they announce record profits, dividends and the company says they are buying back billions. Not once but twice. Why? Cause the company comes out and says they estimate an increase of only 12%-14% vs 13%-15%?
