I find it very frustrating that there is nothing at all coming out of Tustin, not even a PR announcing a very valuable patent. Shareholders are an irritation and the BOD and management continue to run this like a closely held corporation/piggybank.

SEC rules to protect stockholders requiring our company to disclose information of importance, how would you read what is going on now?

My read is that when they have something of importance (a material event), they disclose it.
