Could be I suppose, but I still have no idea where the $11.44 came from. I will try to get an answer from Mr. James this week.

could the 12.6 million shares have somehow registered as coming off the ask from the market? the initial filing was December 31st.

I imagine the form is just required once you've accumulated a certain percentage of the O/S but I'll admit I don't know much about how all of that works...
