you have any examples of canceled splits you checked? do believe they have to file an amendment because do not remember seeing any wording indicating that they reserved the right to abandone the r/s in the 8k announcing this material event, and did not see any reference in last 10q referencing this 8k when shareholders waived the company's obligation to file a registration statement by 1/17 and effect a r/s of it's common stock by 2/17, which imo in no way makes anything about the r/s clear - statement could be indicating the registration rights were waived and they still plan to put the r/s into effect and guess we will all know tomorrow.... know i have seen plenty of amendments for things as simple as correcting dates for a meeting that had been listed in intial 8k with companies on higher echanges but this is the otc world and the same rules do not apply and things are usually never very clear lol....
