Is it correct then to assume the R/S has been put on hold?

I am inclined to agree with this, until further news or updates:

All of the noteholders have waived the Company’s obligations to file a registration statement by January 17, 2015 and to effect a reverse split of its common stock by February 17, 2015.

What do you guys think? IMO these noteholders are waiting for something to play out
