So under the Future Land Properties LLC, if that property has appreciated by 1400%, why don't we take out a second mortgage on it and pay off toxic debt and buy back shares if there is enough left. Come on, Sam! Loyal shareholders need a break! Thoughts anyone? This would be like rolling credit cards or car payments into your house mortgage.
