It is a little coincidental that the only 2 collaborations that Calico has announced (that I know of)) are with UTSW, the inventor of anti-PS tech, and Abbvie who PPHM was about to partner with in 2012.

My question is this. If PPHM receives a "term sheet" from Abbvie for a partnership with milestones up to $2B, isn't that a material event that should have been disclosed?
