While warehousing is no longer a concern, the fundamental dynamic of finite (and expiring) opportunity is still there. I don't believe that ALL diagnosed will eventually get treated. That doesn't happen even in HIV. The opportunity in this space consists of concentric circles of less and less accessible patients. That's true for any launch, but the problem here is that the patient pool isn't getting replenished over time. GILD and ABBV are working their way through the first few highly accessible inner circles of opportunity and doing all they can to increase their size (at the expense of the outer circles).
