Why you keep misrepresenting what I am stating. For the record, I do have a legal background, that is why I am quite certain.
For the 3th time: I am NOT saying that it is illegal because it is against the advice of said attorney, I am saying it is illegal IF (and only if) the attorney made the right judgement i.e. if there is indeed inside-information which prohibits them from buying (and therefore also from selling).
