Yep, Vanguard there is simply functioning as a broker holding that RSH in Street Name for clients. Utterly unremarkable. The barrage of posts about that filing are part of the normal IHUB spin when virtually all hope is gone.

I've owned Vanguard's excellent muni and corp bond funds for 30 years and their index stock funds for 25+ years.
