I cannot see it as being operational post bankruptcy. (Or being able to continue operations in bankruptcy past March 31.)

- They provided a WARN notice indicating virtually all HQ staff will be dismissed

- They indicated they would sell ALL their assets

- If I understand correctly, they do not own any assets in the FRANCHISEE stores that will not be closed.

Take the money and run!

Even if somehow Radio Shack continues in some form, the current shareholders will NOT own any of it. Right now it is not looking like even all of the bonds will get paid off. The 2019 6.75% bonds are trading for less than 20 (out of 100) and there is even some question if they will recover anything. (The bonds are unsecured.)
