True, it's just pathetic to watch, he's not even close to have a case....getting really funny when he claims that a lawyer (in the US!!) didn't have time for a lawsuit......that is actually truly hilarious. Though Siaf might have a case towards him or even we as shareholders....could be great fun.
If you Count on the legalsystem then you are in for quite the wait! They have still to endite someone for the subprime scandal and Lehmanbrothers or most conduct at OTC and half the hedgefunds operating US and Canada so don´t hold your breath :-) Not that i particularly agree with whats said but trying to scare him with the boogieman will hardly do a lot of good lol
