i hear you but market conditions could mean many things. OCAT knew about this when presenting recently and they still had uplist for this quarter and moved up partnership talk to Q2.
I'm still leaning towards my earlier inclination.

Hmmmm.......... Wonder where the money is coming from. Sanofi just laid off 100 employees to reorganize their R&D department in Cambridge. Could be an interesting weekend around here.
