It certainly is interesting, except when you look at the actual bills of ladings, it says BNP PARIBAS RCC not RCC Holdings/Geno et al.
If I had to guess, a glitch, and BNP Paribas rcc is the French banks commodity trading group placing orders which they will sell to clients are hedging their positions. Similar to Airlines and Rail, those companies have several inside traders that are constantly hedgining their future fuel supply orders.
Then you have this:

Obviously, in this case the purchaser is Rcc-Charles M. Schayer and load it being sent from china to denver.
Also, something sticks in mind that RCC is a term associated with shipping.
