Tell me what the point is in posting a "rumor" about Target?

Why would someone do that?

To try to pump the price up?

To try to make people believe that they are "in the know"

If there really is a deal with Target don't you think the surprise would be better for the price?

This has been kicked around for so long now that if it happens, I don't believe the price will pop nearly as much as if everyone was caught by surprise.
