Plaintiffs in the Class Action: James T. Fahey (Highest Financial Stake)

(1) James T. Fahey
(2) Marshall Lee
(3) Jason Ebach and Mary Legnetti (“Ebach & Legnetti”)
(4) Allan L. Tereshko, Edward Buzz Bradley, and Edward Arduino (“Tereshko Investors Group”).

-------------------------------------

James T. Fahey is the son of John Fahey and puzzle pieces are coming together more than ever now....though there seems to be a problem in understanding how this baseless lawsuit continues on and on, where Mr. Fahey must realize by now that Peregrine is not going to settle out of court at all.

-----------------------------------

Dr. John L. Fahey was an immunologist, researcher, and educator. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, he discovered IgD and delineated and characterized the important classes and subclasses of human (and murine) immunoglobulins – the blood proteins with antibody activity – while at NIH in the late 1950's and 1960's.

At UCLA in the 1970's and 1980's, he fostered a community of clinical and laboratory scientists focusing on the role of the immune system in disease. This led to the discovery of AIDS at UCLA.

Dr. Fahey was founding president of the Clinical Immunology Society in 1985. Throughout his career, especially in the 1990's and the first decade of the 21st century, he engaged in international education and training in immunology, building research capacity for HIV/AIDS in developing countries, especially India.

Dr. Fahey passed away suddenly while working on new projects in August 2014. He is remembered with respect and affection by his colleagues, friends, and family.
