It looks like they have been a big owner for a couple years now. The below link has filings from last year and I found a different site that had one from 2013. I wouldn't put too much extra stock into that filing.

I am with you all in getting a little impatient. I really hope something happens soon. Great earnings at least.

??? I don't believe this filing means they recently purchased shares. I believe it means they no longer hold 5% or above.
