FXCM $$$$ It says the agreement will be terminated if there is a change in control or the company is sold...this makes perfect sense to me...but it does not say or imply
The worst terms of the Leucadia bailout are forever, and cannot he avoided by paying off the loan.
as you have stated in your post. The agreement does state however, that there are no prepayment penalties.
