It’s not that I want them to work weekends; rather, I’m curious as to whether they are working weekends.
I’ve worked for a few startup companies where weekend work was a regular feature of the job. No one told anyone they had to do it—people did it on their own because they were passionate about their work.
I’d be willing to bet money that people at VRTX regularly work weekends, for instance. I’m a little surprised that no one at COLY was there on the day I stopped by. It was only one sample point, so I don’t consider it a big deal. You asked :-)
