f_f: Explain to me why they would file it in the same filing? Makes no sense what so ever. What to save a few buck on an SEC filing? It's too obvious it's in direct connection. Now, will they dilute them all? Hope not and don't think they'll have to with the last filing. I'm thinking 8BB tops.
