Not this Wednesday - almost a year ago.

What happened?

No dispensary was acquired as it is against CO law - something vigil and her team should have known before PR'ing it.

But, at the time, it certainly helped to sell a lot of dilutive shares into the market place.

So, to help, they cannot get into owning dispensaries in CO state.
