You were expecting SGI to be ok only 2-3 months ago

Two or three months ago SGI hadn't fumbled its 4700
introduction and trashed product sales by $40m+ by
osborning the Bx2. Nevertheless the new CEO's snap
jump into chapter 11 caught me by surprise because
when SGI warned on Q1 sales it gave figures that
showed its cash position was relatively unchanged
suggesting the significant cost cutting over the last
three quarters was finally showing results.
