But you do not seem willing to understand that I am not doing any CITATION of King but talking about the general concept he was speaking about.

I ask again, and I asked before, PLEASE, PLEASE show me the EXACT PHRASE where he PROMISES a partnership within the coming year. It is a simple question because if you have that phrase (and the source link) then there is NO DOUBT possible that he made a COMMITMENT.

But you cannot ISOLATE the phrase from the context and forum where it was brought. Everyone the heard the phrase new that it was to be places within the PPHM event it was brought at.

But for SOME REASON NOBODY delivers that phrase and shift all kinds of things in King lap that he didn't say. I know King real statement is inconvenient because it doesn't allow to make the point that he hammered down a date limit for a ready-sign partnership agreement.
