Reserved as stipulated in some note agreements that do not allow reserved shares to be affected by splits. Once those notes are satisfied the shares are freed up and returned to treasury.

I have read that there is to be a 200 for 1 reverse split but when is it to become effective/ or to actual happen.

Does anyone know when or any idea about when.
