Let start with the legal stuff first... like specialists and like short positions, if it can be published for a motnh two weeks after the fact, it can b published at the end of the day, hey, each sale could be marked as a short or normal sale and each buy as a normal or cover buy. They have to do it anyhow at the nroker level...
