Sherman is surrounded within a 6 sq mile radius of 3,350 active wells. Guess they are pretty cheap to run because they aren't idled now are they including ours? The Kern Field, Front Field, Poso, Round, McVay I can list them all and there are more...all produce economical oil and gas even with steam or tilting the lease with water. What's that tell you? If they weren't I guess all those wells would be idled now wouldn't they LOL? How about only 9.2 miles of transport to point of sell? That should be one GIANT clue for you on just one expense. Daybreaks not spending $1.5 to 2.5 million per well here going down below 7500' and beyond. These are very shallow wells which are cheap to drill compared to others and they have daily outputs which are decent on a shoestring budget. You can't get any cheaper than the way JW's executed in the AMI. Everyone knows Kern gets less per barrel...what's your point...so? We're still pumping are we not kind of tells you something doesn't it? Besides the pay back is quicker in servicing the debt because they didn't cost like I stated over a million+ to drill and put on pump. Much much cheaper.

If you don't like the information I provide then do your own please. I have the costs roughly-but I'm not sharing it with people like you.

If I recall correctly, I think it was somewhere around $50.00 per barrel. I'm not 100% on this though. But if it is correct; they are not currently making a profit on their oil.
