Sorry if you felt that I crossed the line.

My intent is to show that Matt is trying his best.
Do all the right words come out, maybe not.
BUT, damm if he does try his best to please all he can.
I feel that some people may have taken advantage of his good nature, and feel compelled to defend his work.

I am very sorry if you felt that way.
I just think that people make mistake, and should not be hung to dry. Give people a chance to prove themselves was all I was trying to say.

Patricia, you're a new comer here...

but most of these issues have already been discussed at length for a number of months among a group of early participants (from post #3,200 for myself) who provide advice to Matt whenever he requests it...

Originally, he thought that having a thread to dump deleted posts was a good idea... I and other seasoned posters disagreed and strenuously stated that at the very least, all posts containing Personal Attacks, Spam, Vulgarities, Breaches of Privacy should be moved out of sight, permanently...

I guess, there wasn't enough posts left after that to warrant the existence of a dedicated thread but certain KEY posts, one about Libel, in particular, have received debate on iHUB, well into and past the ad nauseam stage...

So, when Matt says, "it won't happen", he's not doing it off the top of his head and the issue has been thoroughly explored and re-hashed for a long time prior to the statement in question...

BTW, I hope I'll still be able to post like you do when I'm a grandfather, as you guys are posting on this thread faster than I can read it...
