Yeah Troy, the old slammer ain't what it used to be, eh? Perhaps it has something to do with the quality of the peanut gallery attornies & the speed with which they are able spring the incarcerated. I personally think it is the 3 post rule that has affected the slammer. That is simply, IMHO, not enough time for the inmate to repsond to the justified harassment and have that inmate grovel for release. Quite a conundrum. What to do, what to do... grovel or attack...attack or grovel...hmmmmm...
