Their retainer agreement MUST DISCLOSE if they have Malpractice Insurance....

Most small attorney firms do not carry malpractice and they do not disclose it.

Yes folks, they violate the Code of Professional Conduct

Yes folks, the California State Bar will read your complaint and then toss it in the toilet.

By the way Bio.....malpractice for a doctor is required by the hospitals.....the limit is $1 Million

There are many ways to manage risk other than buying insurance.
