FA,,,Thanks for the candid reply...An article on the sho list topic from a few months back gave a few thoughts on the subject...I do not remember where the article was or who the writer was...One thing that was discussed did make some sense...Some transactions after sale reviews are discovered to have errors in signing off on the share certificates by the seller which were done before the dealer made any transaction...Any error must be corrected before the clearing company forwards the actual cetificates to the ultimate purchaser...This was only one of the possibilities discussed but the one which stuck in the memory bank...That leaves any discussion of forces from the darkside open for others to pursue...LJ
