Very well said.

I wish I was as articulate in writing as you seem to be.

What I do know though, she is great at asking questions, but I have yet seen her answer them as well.

Again, I am very impressed with your post, and hope you enjoy your stay.

Thanks,

gary, market fusion

Are you asking me to post bits of market fusion plan? That is what I'd have to do to answer this question. I won't post quotes as matt won't like it.

The plan basically states that they will get money from public companies to have cyber stations, positive CEO video/audio interviews, company press releases... They will be paid monthly for coverage with extra money for extra items, such as ceo interviews. Just like westergaard the promoter who is being sued by the SEC for fraud because he had no disclaimer.

There is such a thing as journalistic integrity. If one tv show only shows happy ceo's talking about positive things, they should not advertise themselves as journalists/newscasters doing an editorial but as infomercials. If they have to do it on TV, they should have to do it here. Paid infomercials. Just like those paid infoads in magazines that look like editorials but say paid advertisement across teh top so no one gets fooled.

I don't judge posts based on whether they are positive or negative. I personally judge based on content. If someone is saying "UMCC to $30!!!" and it's at .06 cents and bankrupt, I think this would be a pump. If someone says "umcc is profitable!" and they are profitable, fine. Big difference.

I was not referring to the fact that matt is 18 years old. I don't care about his age. He's not running the show anyway as he's not the money man. He's just the poster kid. I was referring to their emotional ages, which doesn't seem to be too adult to me. Yelling, screaming, threatening lawsuits over the fact they left their business plan out in the open. They should be glad I told them about it. I was quiet about it for a while and everyone just went in there all over everything. It was open for at least six months.

shorters actually like it when pumpers pump things up so they can cover then come back and short it again.

cnbc reporter was fired for "promoting." She promoted umcc and it shot through the roof. She was then fired.

jagfn's disclaimer passes the buck to the actual analyst which you can't reach. I think it's a loophole. "Hey, it's not OUR content. It's theirs. They're just too busy to answer you."

If a site controls the content to the point of filtering it so that it helps out certain affiliates, advertisers, partners, I think they should be held liable. Look at SEVU. Negative posts were deleted. Someone was there warning that there would be a shareholder lawsuit and francois was pulling those posts. Shareholders could have been warned and sold. The format of these boards prevented that from happening. Only happy talk was allowed.

In regard to suing posters, you have a LOT to learn. The tables have turned. Companies/entities sue posters to harass them into silence. Nowadays you do that you will have a countersuit such as SLAPP. posters are winning. companies are losing.

Company press releases are meant to entice investors, not inform them. that is what SEC docs are supposed to do, inform. Stock promoters are meant to entice investors, not inform them. Look at cce, westergaard.

I'm not against all media in the least. I think LA Times and NY Times have integrity. I don't think ihub does. I don't think stock promoters do. I don't think company PR and IR teams generally do, especially at otcbb companies. Market Fusion is targeting otcbb companies only.
