Call your brokerage firm to sell shares and place in an account you can manage.

Many 401's allow you to set up a PCRA account. All of mine is in it and then you can personally manage your money instead of putting it in one of the "designated" funds. Good luck

I have part of my shares in a vanguard account. I transferred One of my 401(k)s into an IRA and then you call Vanguard to set up a brokerage account. You can then trade Titan and any other shares on the open market.
