Here is the problem with that - it states very clearly 3.9mg per ml.
Here is the bad news - there are 30ml per ounce and that is 117mg per bottle.
So when you write:
it says dose which mean thats how much the dropper will hold
its a 100mg of CBD oil
one ounce bottle or thirty milliliters
each dose from the dropper is 3.9 mg per ml
What you are trying to say is that each dropper holds or contains 1 ml - but here is the problem with that - there is still 30ml in the 1 ounce bottle and that is 117mg of CBD per bottle.
So you can say there are 30 doses - but once again that is still 117mg per bottle.
GRCU doesn't know if there is 100mg or 117mg of CBD in each bottle - the GRCU brain trust just aren't very smart.
