The problem with your theory concerning GRCU - is that when you state:
Capsules are not the logical way to utilize a means of metering an individual's needs that's why tinctures are a more intelligent route of metered entry.
GRCU doesn't seem to know the exact quantity of CBD in the Tinctures.
On the bottle is says "100 mg of CBD infused oil" and then they also state, "3.9 mg per ml"
Here is the problem - it is a 1 ounce bottle - and that equals 30 ml.
So we have 3.9 x 30 = 117mg of CBD in the bottle.
That is 17% more CBD in the bottle than it has on the bottle.
