David N. Weiker, Sr.
David N. Weiker, Sr. was appointed Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of Zann Corp. on March 6, 2006. David Weiker Sr. is CEO/Chairman/owner and founder of Platinum Properties of Central Florida Inc. He has extensive experience in business management and financial analysis. His 21 year career has included CEO/Chairman and founder of Financial Planning and Underwriting, a prosperous firm that dealt with small business and individual clients in the area of financial planning. Concurrent with this he developed a personal real estate investment portfolio which led him into the land development and home building industry in Southwest Florida and the Orlando area. He is responsible for several communities being created and several hundred homes constructed in the Walt Disney area. He has marketed successfully in the industry for the past 15 years in Central Florida. He was president and CEO of Hearthstone Homes Inc, a Central Florida company which he built from the ground up. He also formed a partnership that was responsible for five finished communities from 1999-2002 constructing over 300 units. He teaches real estate and insurance classes at the Seminole Community College where he is an alumnus. He has become a leading marketer in the vacation home area which is targeted to overseas buyers. Currently he is the head of a company that will build over 700 homes in the next 18-24 months. On February 3, 2006, Mr. Weiker entered into a contractual agreement with Robert C. Simpson whereby Mr. Weiker purchased 10,000,000 of Zann Corp. Preferred Series C stock from Dr. Simpson to gain controlling interest in Zann Corp.
