sounding like a rookie....

i have seen those tiny insignificant trades thousands of times and to this day, still have no idea how or why they are allowed to go thru...

are they glitches in the system

or is it truly a signal from 1 mm to another...

i have no idea, still to this day

1500 shares @ .0002 = .30 cents ..... lol

am i the only one that sees that trade (have scottrade)
