Let's look again - yes as before - no products, no IP, no revenue, no existing customers - maybe they left with the genie?
Just a traded stock, used for 'Promotional Activities' i.e. Pump on the promise of news & activities and then Dump WITHOUT the realisation of the promises or expectations or any evidence that it can ever happen.
