What is the A/S decrease to 250M for?

They raised it from 100M to 600M. Then they lowered it back to 250M.

From 100M to 250M is a net increase.

And the A/S is not really a big factor here. Much more significant is the fact that he issued those A-1 preferreds.

What do you make of that 97:3 ratio? He basically kicked common shareholders to the curb, while also issuing more. Peach of a fellow!
