I think they will get EPA approval. It seems like the problem is not the safety or labeling issues, it is the classification...........how they will classify this technology. The attorneys for MZEI will be helpful in moving the process along. Someone needs to tell them that they cannot just let the paperwork sit. They must address the application and bring some closure.

The bigger question is whether there is a market for AS. I know there is a need, but is there a way for hospitals clinics, labs, etc, to avoid the expense? Will there be a need on a regular basis or only for an outbreak? Will there be a better technology? Will the patent protection run out? Will there be a suitor?
Will they ever find a method to get on a cruise ship?

There are so many questions. I want to know if the major investors, Ed Marshall, Caponi and David Esposito really believe we can be successful?

dingdong, the international scene is not the same as in the US where the Medicare rules (government) mandates that HAI costs be borne by hospitals. In Canada for instance this rule does not apply because the government body similar to Medicare thinks the bureaucracy involved to keep track of HAI costs isn't worth it - perhaps Europe is the same? They tried to sell in Cda but failed, so perhaps expensive marketers can get the job done and perhaps they can't.
